Hi There! We're Mr. and Mrs. Failure De French Macaron!

Bonjour, Mademoiselle,Madame or Monsieur!

Yeah the title is so cheer me up. And the most important, I'm not totally disappointed because I've failed to make Macarons! ><
Instead, I feel more curious why I failed two times to beat them!

Nowadays, I'm falling in love with Macaron! So that, I'm SO curious how is the process of making them
Idk why but I really want to know XD
I found the recipe on the internet, but bcs I failed, I finally bought the book, but still dont know it works/not.
So a few days ago, I go to a shop which sell all-about-cook-or-bake, to find out the almond powder, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, heavy cream, milk cooking chocolate, and the tools to make the Macaron *its so rare for me to have a big passion to make a cake like this!*
thanks to Macaron who makes me feel so passionate with them :9

So I've failed twice when I tried to make this cute snack.
The first time I tried, I think I'm unsuccessful because I added too much sugar! (in this case, the granulated...)
and, here is the result:
(if you think the first is good, its because this trio Macarons is the best of my first failed! Except them, they're so bad, asymmetric shape or cracked ;w;)

We're very photogenic!

What do you think? Yeah they're so photogenic, the reality is even more bad :p

So, lets go to the second failed.
in the second chance, my mom wanted to help me (in case she was in the mood to help me, although I thought she wasn't help me too much)
my mom thought the egg was done but I think it doesnt ready.
We're had  a different argument so I think I'll follow her bcs she help me.
But...ya the luck wasn't there yet ;w;
The egg wasn't that ready. Maybe if they can talk, they will talk: "hey you're need to stir us more and more!" *really if they can talk!
So...the second failed is because the egg. The imperfect batter.
Bcs of the egg, they needed almost 4 hour to make themself ready. (the normal is 30-60minutes)
Moreover, I leaved them and went to the mall because they didnt ready yet ;w;
After I arrived at home (its 10 p.m.) I baked them, whereas I knew that they would never be a Macaron.
and the result is...tada!

the first failed is more better than the second, all of them cracked ;w; like my heart...lol

the first: their 'foot' is appeared, the second: nothing appeared except the crack.

but the taste, second is better, although they're underbaked.

yeah I must have no regret! at least now I know the ingredients and maybe on Aug, 1 I'll try again!
